This handcrafted tea is produced using traditional ancient methods.
Only the youngest buds together with the first two fresh, velvety leaves are picked to achieve the quality of this top class Pai Mu Tan.
The brewed tea tastes fragrant, flowery, fine and aromatic. The cup colour appears light, golden-yellow.
During production the young unopened leaves cocoon the bud with their leaf underside to the outside and create the impression of fluff. The leaf remains unrolled and shows this particular white silvery shine
