PricesAll prices are in UK Pounds and are inclusive of VAT at the current applicable rate. AvailabilityOur system automatically acknowledges receipt of your order, but mere acknowledgement of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer to purchase the item(s). Although we endeavour to hold stock of all items on our site this cannot
be guaranteed so that by acknowledging receipt of your order we are not
creating a binding obligation to supply what you have ordered but which

We will not charge your credit card until your order is ready to dispatch. Payments by cheque will need to be cleared before dispatch. Delivery
Orders will normally be dispatched within 24 hours. Wherever possible, orders received before noon will be dispatched the same day. Normal postal lead times are: UK destinations 1-3 days, Europe 3-5 days, all other areas worldwide 5-10 days, but please allow up to twenty-one days for delivery. We will always do our best to inform you about any delay. Returns and exchangesWe aim to keep the return or exchange process as simple as possible. We believe you will be delighted with your purchases but there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return an item. You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where foodstuffs have been opened – unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. Call charges are at normal BT rates. We welcome all feedback about our service and try to deal with any difficulties or problems as quickly as possible. In most cases any problems can be resolved immediately by phone but if not we will advise you within 72 hours with an expected timescale for solving the issue. Special RequestsIf you have any special request please let us know at the time of ordering and we will do our utmost to help. PrivacyWe are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number, expiring date and start date/issue no if applicable. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status.We also ask you for your telephone number that enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
