China Pai Mu Tan
This China Pai Mu Tan is a white tea hand crafted using ancient methods.
Only the youngest shoots with two downy leaves are harvested for this valuable tea.
During the production process the leaves curl upside down around the bud to create the impression of fluff.
The leaf remains un-processed which preserves the very special white silvery shine.
The taste is fragrant, flowery, fine and aromatic with a light golden-yellow cup colour.
