Delivery

Orders valued over £30.00 are shipped free of charge within the UK by Royal Mail First Class Post.
Orders below £ 30.00 are charged £ 3.50 for delivery.
Orders shipped outside the UK or by courier / Royal Mail Special Delivery / International Signed-For Service are subject to the following charges:

Europe: £ 15.00

We do not ship to Germany and Austria please visit www.puretea.de if you wish to order from those countries.
We do not ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein please visit www.puretea.ch if you wish to order from those countries.

Rest of the world: £ 35.00

Orders will normally be dispatched within 24 hours. Wherever possible, orders received before noon will be dispatched the same day. Normal postal lead times are: UK destinations 1-3 days, Europe 3-5 days, all other areas worldwide 5-10 days, but please allow up to twenty-one days for delivery. We will always do our best to inform you about any delay.

We may choose to substitute Courier deliveries for Royal Mail Special Delivery or vice-versa where appropriate. For example where the compensation is higher with one delivery method versus the other.
