Fine Oolong from the garden Longkou part of the province Fujian showing a perfectly produced leaf with many white tips and white fluff (White Downy) at the leaf edges.
After the harvest the leaves are withered in cool store rooms, followed by light steaming and gentle rolling.
This special production technique results in a bright red brown cup colour and a unique slight sweet earthy taste.
Recommended Preparation: 12g (about 5 teaspoons to 1 litre, 90 ° C hot water. Brewing time: 2 minutes.
