This Oolong originates from the tea plantation Phoobersering and is one of the best Darjeeling Oolongs we have tasted.
The camellia sinensis leaves used to produce this tea are fermented for less time than they would be for the classic Darjeeling teas.
Combines the light fragrant taste of a Himalayan tea with the bakey note of an Oolong.

The perfectly worked leaf is slightly open and twisted. It has a high content of silvery white tips and has dark, fully fermented leaf edges.

to 1 litre of boiling water. Brewing time: 2 - 3 minutes.
