Preparation recommendation

Tee Tasse Recommended preparation: fresh, preferably soft water. Heat the water to about 80 °C. Allow to cool. Place 1g matcha (2 bamboo spoon or ½ teaspoon) into a matcha bowl. Pour in 80 ml water (80 °). Whisk the tea with a matcha whisk until foamy.
