Kabusecha Yamato. A tea grown in the semi-shade and rolled into dark glossy tea needles.
This tea is the pride of its farmers and is named Yamato after the historical Japanese name for Emperor.
Its cup colour appears beautifully light, jade green and bright.
Magical fragrance, spring-like, sparkling taste with a delicate slightly sweet aroma.
Recommended preparation: 10g (about 4 teaspoons) to 1 liter of 70 ° C hot water. Brewing time: 1 minute. Then pour the still-warm leaves again (3-5 infusions possible) and brew for 30 seconds.
