Sencha means “steamed tea”. It is the most common every day tea variety in Japan.

Recommended preparation: 10g (about 4 teaspoons) to 1 liter of 75 ° C hot water. Brewing time: 1 minute. Re-brew by pouring hot water on still warm leaves (3-5 infusions possible) and brew for 30 seconds.
