The tea is mild and has a very low caffeine content. The taste is light, medium dry, with a fresh and fragrant aroma.
Recommended preparation: 10g (approx. 5 heaped teaspoons) to 1 liter of 85 ° C hot water. Brewing time: 1 minute. To re-brew, pour hot water over the still warm leaves (3-5 infusions possible) and brew for 30 seconds.
