This hand-picked and hand-processed green tea comes from the tea estate In Qingshan.
The tea estates there have ideal protection for organic farming, on a mountainous peninsula with heights up to 750m, in the midst of a reservoir (Wuqiangxi).
No industrial companies whose activities could consist of contamination threats to the ecological compensation areas have settled on the island or in the vicinity of the tea estates.

The tea is processed primarily as a white tea. By gentle rolling the leaves are broken up very carefully and then dried in the sun before final heat treatment takes place.

The taste is sweetish, fragrant, mild with a little touch of bitter green tea taste.
