Pu Erh is a specialty from the south West of china.
The capital Kunming in the district of Yunnan is famous for the so-called “red tea”.
Its leaves have been harvested for centuries from the oldest tea plants with the largest tea leaves.
Pu Erh Kunming has a very traditional taste with a slightly smoky, earthy touch.
The leaves are rather course developing to a typical red-brown cup.
Recommended preparation: 12g (about 5 heaped teaspoons) to 1 litre of fresh boiling water. Brewing time: 3 minutes.
