A very strong spicy tea with a light malty note and very dark, brown cup.
It comes from the plantation Rembeng, which is a pioneer garden of controlled biological cultivation in the Assam region.
Assam forms highland gardens in Northeast of India to both sides of the Brahmaputra river.
Recommended preparation: 10g tea leaves (about 4 teaspoons) to 1 litre of water freshly boiled water. Brewing time: 3 minutes. Also tastes great with a splash of milk.
Brewing as East Frisian Tea: 13g tea leaves (about 6 teaspoons) to 1 litre of freshly boiled water. Brewing time: 4 minutes.
